Prior to being a dental replacement, all applicants are personally interviewed and tested by our quality control staff. Our replacements are experienced in all dental specialties including general, prosthodontics, oral surgery, implant surgery, periodontics, and pedodontics. Our replacements have OSHA training, a strict professional dress code, all needed vaccines, and certifications.

Because every office and operation is different, the replacement will bring a checklist to your office so that they will be able to familiarize themselves with your procedures in the most effective manner, When possible, we will try to reassign a replacement of your preference.
