Temporary Replacements
Dental Replacement employees will bring a timeslip with them that must be signed by an authorized person at your office at the end of each day or week. Your signature will verify the hours worked as well as your agreement with our agency.

All payroll expenses are included in the fee: both employee and employer's portion of FUTA, SUTA, FUCA, liability insurance and workman's compensation. Employees are entitled to time and a half for all hours in excess of 8 1/4 hours per day.* Fees are payable by the dental office to the replacement on the day services are provided.

In addition, Dental Replacements has a placement fee for each day that an employee works at your dental facility, payable at the end of each week the services are provided.

There is a 24-hour notice of cancellation required. Failure to provide this notice will result in a half day placement fee for the agency and four hour minimum for the Dental Replacement temporary employee.

Permanent Placements
While the primary focus of our business is the placement of temporary employees in dental offices, we do fill permanent openings when requested by our clients. The fee schedule for this service is ten times the daily placement fee for each permanent day of hire.

As we are all aware, finding qualified employees is an ongoing challenge. Dental Replacements spends an extensive amount of time and money to find and retain the best temporary workers. While placing a worker into a permanent position is rewarding, we lose the future services of that employee to fill our many temporary positions. Therefore, the permanent placement fee is non-negotiable.
